ONE Central / EquityWORKS invests in people during both the construction AND the operations phases of ONE Central. Through a combination of new and existing programs, ONE Central and EquityWORKS will build M/W/DBE capacity, provide training and education, and build a pipeline of diverse talent for in-demand careers.​

ONE Central / EquityWORKS brings improved infrastructure and transit through equitable transit-oriented development to improve connections and reduce congestion in Chicago’s communities.

The ONE Central Transit Hub will be one of the nation’s only four-system transit hubs and the largest station in Chicago

The Transit Hub will provide access to jobs in a 35 minute commute for more than 100,000 South Side residents each day
